New customers will be able to ‘pay-as-you-go’ for lessons until the following month commences. From then on lessons are payable on a calendar monthly basis of four or five weeks, in advance of the first lesson of any given month.You can pay by cash, card, BACS or cheque.
The time and day of your lesson has been specifically reserved for you. This means we will expect to see you at that time each week, unless you inform us that you are unable to attend.
We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation. You can do this by phone (feel free to leave a message), email or even by calling in to the studio. If 48 hours notice is given we will endeavour to arrange a catch up lesson for you, however this is subject to availability and not guaranteed. If less than 48 hours notice is given then the lesson is lost.
If a lesson is cancelled by us then a catch up lesson will be offered. If this cannot be arranged then the lesson will be credited on the next month’s lesson schedule.
